The NDI Realty business started with one commercial building along A.S. Fortuna St., Mandaue City. What began as a facility constructed to house the respective departmental and affiliate offices under the New Summa Group (NSG) later on grew to be one of its best income-generating centers, providing much-needed commercial space to valued tenants and expanding its market to other key cities in the Philippines.
As the company’s expansion into commercial buildings continues, NDI Realty now operates 11 commercial complexes, including those located at the heart of Mandaue City’s Central Business Center and key locations all over the Visayas and Mindanao.
