family value

 dont you value family? i think lots of cases about employee immorality among companies. According to your Norkisan principle " Noble in my values. I will always observe the principles of integrity, honor, honesty, and humility." But how could this be achieve if you just tolerate those acts among employees that could just ruin and destroy a family, no principle of integrity and honor! Some of your employees doesnt make sense how important a family is.  I think lots of cases I've heard but just taken for granted (maybe because managers and heads are males), a married man/woman commits with a single man/woman inside the organization and with no proper grounds from the management and the one suffers are those who are married being thrown to other branches far from their families and kids. How could this be? I think it's not how good you are from your duties and responsibilities but i guess you should make sense on this issues. Know the facts and issues and reasons behind all these immoral issue before making any decisions.  Be fair for those in the situation especially to the kids.  I was so surprise with the decision that my partner will be thrown to other branch far from his family effective after 1 week.  And the one who cause the problem stayed on the same location..! Its so very disappointing.....,How many times I approach the branch heads but they just laugh and doesnt make sense to the issue...! very very disappointing..!
