complain ko lang po si MS. NONETTE DELA RONA (BCO position) ng tanza branch nyo...ito po ay tungkol s release ng original CR ng motor n binili ko s inyo... ang sinabi kase sakin ni ms. nonette ay makukuha ko agad ito ng end of the month nitong august pero until now wala pa din yung papers...tama ba naman na idahilan nya sakin na kulang sila s employees na naghahanap ng papers ko...bakit naman ganito ang sistema ng branch nila wala n naman akong kulang s bayad i'd already fully paid my account sa kanila pero prang mali naman ata na magsasabi ka sa customer n ganitong araw mo makukuha pro hindi naman natupad at ganun lng ang idadahilan sayo na kulang kase sila sa employees...nakausap ko na din yung manager na si LEX pero hindi ako nasatisfied sa sagot niya na parang ayaw niya pansinin ang complain ko at bakit ayaw niya ibigay ang whole name niya sa akin bakit wala ba akong karapatan na malaman ko ang mga names nila as a customer...sana gawan niyo ng aksyon ito willing naman ako makipagharap-harap sa kanila at sa company nyo about my complains...sana this week email nyo ko about this matter dahil hindi ko n din gusto yung mga reasons sa akin ni ms. nonette or i will start doing legal actions and ipapa media ko ito as well...
Complain ko lang ung CI sa NORKIS KAUSWAGAN CDO CITY PATI PO ung Staff nila, very poor customer service poh, lalo napo ung CI gravi po subrang gulo pung kausap hambog po na wala sa lugar,hnd ko po gusto ang knyang ugali sa pag tratrabaho pilosopo nakaksakit ng damdamin ng isang customer. ano po bang karapatan nia na pababalikin nia ang customer kung kailan nia gusto ang ending pala ay walang mapapala?,baliwala sa kanya ang customer Ok lang sa kanya na ma punta sa ibang company, dina down nia ang customer imbis na ini encourage nia wala po talgang silbi kausap ang dami ng rason pa iba2 naman, masama talaga ang loob ko sa kanya sana gawan ninyo ng action e2, ,kasi pag ganito palagi mga CI at Staff nnyo cgurado akong hihina ang ngosyo nnyo. nasasayang ang araw sa walang kwentang kausap lalo na ung CI gnugulo nia ang skdule na OK na sana wala talagang silbi. dami pa sana akung gusto sabihin tungkol sa staff at C.i ng inyong company(NORKIS KAUSWAGAN CDO CITY) pero naniniwala po ako na mbbigyan nnyo ito ng agarang solusyon.
Pls. Investigate ur Staff, SPECIALLY C.I.(mga 5''5' to 5'6 po ung hyt ng C.i tpos hnd masyadong maitim my pimples at mdjo pula mukha)

Good day!! Hope my post will be sent/read to the most high ranking official of this company. Seems your customer service mission needs improvement. As I read some of these customers that post their complaints is indeed reflect how some of your employees do their jobs. Take another example of the employees of YAMAHA 10th ave. Caloocan Branch, I purchased my second motorcycle there as for me the motor vehicle is also indeed in good quality, but to my dismay, my OR/CR is not yet given to me as promised by their employee as my last term payment of six months scheme. She said as I paid my last payment that my OR/CR will be ready after a month. Ok as I answered. So after a month I CALLED and an employee told me they just knew that I was paid!! IMAGINE, they didnt know or they dont have system that will generate who's paid and who's not? wheres the coordination of the staff here? the manager, PROMISED to me that before the end of January 2011, HE WILL call me so that I know if the OR/CR are ready for pick up. AGAIN, I waited for the call but thank you he didnt call as another month came. I CALLED since the promised of your manager was broken and againto my dismay its not yet ready because the officer in charge got sick!!!! Was is always the customer will suffer for these irresponsibilities of your employees?! For sure you know some branches dont have lots of customer. Seeing them chit chatting while i guess you all know it takes only an hour or minutes to know who are paid and you dont need us customer to follow up our OR/CR just to know that WE are paid!!!! Better refund to us the fees you collected for getting our OR/CR since you are all irresponsible!! hope that there is an immediate telephone hotline for all complaints regarding to all your employees so that no white wash will happen and for those people involve in this customer dissatisfaction needs training or maybe AXED for their post!!! attention HR!!!! you disgrace the companies reputation!!!
Good Day!! I was a costumer from Marilao branch. i bought my motorcycle in 2 years terms. may times talaga na ngkkaproblema ndedelay ang monthly payment pero days lg. babayaran mo un penalty plus the interest. Sa Norkis marilao ndi pa due date na current months mo gusto bayaran pti ang 1 buwan. they should accept ang payment ng costumer khit isang buwan lg un. ky ngbabayad gusto mkatapos sa utang. ngkakataon lg na ngkproblema besides binabayaran nmn kung ano ang penalty. Ang logic d2 gusto nla mahatak ang motor ky ndi nla kinukuha ang bayad. kung ngbabalasubas ang costumer ninyo eh d sana ndi na mgbabayad.eh willing nga magbayad. tapos ndi tatanggapin!!!
I AM ALSO A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER OF NORKIS YAMAHA ILIGAN BRANCH FOR A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... YOU SHOULD WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOES YOUR EMPLOYEES/STAFF KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS???? I DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND NORKIS TO MY FRIENDS.
